On your website, there are a lot of services. How can I understand which ones I need?
We analyze the documents you send and, depending on the situation, determine the processes you need to go through first. Essentially, we create a plan of action for you. Based on this, we select the services that may be needed in your situation and send them to you in a document called "Commercial Offer," including the price and description.
I received the "Commercial Proposal," but I realize that some of the suggested services are not necessary for me—I can/will/have already done them myself. Why should I pay for them?
You DO NOT NEED to pay for all the services listed in the "Commercial Proposal" if you believe you can handle these tasks yourself or have already completed them. Simply select and pay for only those processes where you require our assistance.

When should your services be paid for: before or after completion?
We work on a prepayment basis and start all work processes immediately after receiving your payment receipt. The only exception is our job search and placement services. This service is paid for only after you sign a contract with an employer.
I have received the document "Candidate Agreement." What is it, and why do I need to sign it?
If, after reviewing your documents, we determine that we can immediately begin searching for an employer for you, we will send you the "Candidate Agreement." This serves as your authorization for us to represent you to potential employers. The amount specified in the "Candidate Agreement" is only paid after you sign a contract with an employer.
What guarantees do you provide to your clients besides positive reviews?
In case of failure or if you are not satisfied with the consultation or service provided, we guarantee a refund.
Does the applicant enter with a visa or without a visa?
When the applicant enters the country with a work visa, the diplomatic mission abroad is required to verify the documents as part of the visa procedure.
In the expedited procedure, the professional qualification, its recognition, and the work permit are obtained by BCA itself. The foreign representative office only verifies the authenticity of the documents and issues the corresponding visa.
In the case of visa-free entry, activity can only begin after the issuance of the AE for employment or the EU Blue Card. It is advisable to complete all necessary exams and obtain confirmation before relocation, as this process takes time. We will be happy to consult you in advance and assist with the application process, as well as the timely issuance of the AE/EU Blue Card.
Who is allowed to enter the country (spouse, partner, children)?
The residence permit for family immigration should be submitted simultaneously with the main applicant, especially if a visa is required for entry, as this can speed up the document processing.
When should the entry take place?
When entering the country on a work visa, the residence and work permit is issued for a period of 3–6 months (possibly up to 12 months). The activity can be carried out directly, and initially, only registration at the citizens' office is required. Therefore, there is no need for urgent document submission to the
Department of Immigration or BCA.
In the case of visa-free entry, employment is only allowed after the issuance of the AE/EU Blue Card and a work permit. Therefore, urgency is required, and BCA can process the application quickly, as it can be expedited through the Department of Immigration if necessary.
